A Chattooga County mother accused of not taking her child to school is facing 300 days in jail if she doesn't change that habit.
Rachel Ashworth was found guilty on 10 counts of not taking her kids to school. State Court Judge Sam Finster imposed the special punishment.
Ashworth will spend 300 days in jail if she allows her kids to miss any more school.
