James Boyd Lee, 52, Teloga, died March 29 in a local hospital.
James was born Nov. 22, 1965, in Walker County, a son of the late George Boyd Lee and Etta Lucille Adams Lee. He was a member of Teloga Baptist Church and worked at Regal Manufacturing Company where he was a member of the softball team. James loved the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves and fishing. A sister-in-law, Nancy Lee, died earlier.
Surviving are his son, Jacob (Amanda) Lee, Centre, Ala.; sister, Jean Parris and her friend, James Wooten, Trenton; brothers, Edward Lee, Teloga; Sammy (Lynn) Lee, Teloga and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with David White and Andy Tudor officiating. Interment was in Littlejohn Cemetery in Walker County.
Pallbearers were Adam Lee, Billy Lee, Mike Lee, Ronnie Parris, James Frankin and Jesse Lee.
Parnick Jennings, Sr. Good Shepherd Funeral Home, Rome, along with Mason Funeral Home, Summerville, had charge of arrangements.
