Thief Steals Metal Outbuilding In Trion

Someone stole a metal building from 95 South Third Street in Trion, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports.

A neighbor spotted three males taking the building apart and hauling it off on April 9 or April 10.

” The neighbor advised the victim that it took the three males a day and half to take the building apart and haul it off,” Deputy Wendell Flood reported. ” The one neighbor that lives in the RV next door told the victim that a person. . . . came over [to] his place and told him that he had bought the building from the owner and that was why he was removing it.”
The incident is still under investigation.
