Vehicle With No Tag Leads To Marijuana Discovery
A 22-year-old Summerville man was cited Saturday afternoon for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after a car he was riding in was stopped for having no tag.
Summerville Policeman Joe Strickland pulled over a black 2002 Dodge Stratus on the lot of Armstrong’s Barbecue, Commerce Street, around 3 p.m. because it did not have a tag displayed. The officer discovered marijuana on passenger Dakota Jimmy Fowler, of Hinton Street.
“Subject was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana,” Officer Stricklin stated.
