Tools Stolen From A Deceased Man’s House

Someone stole between $700-$800 worth of tools from a deceased man’s toolbox last week, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports.

Shirley Hines, of Hill Street, in Trion, discovered the tools missing last Thursday.

“Ms. Hines advised that her husband had passed away on May 16,” Deputy Nicole Sprague reported. ” Ms. Hines advised that the toolbox was filled with Miscellaneous tools all totaled valued at between $700-$800.”
