Carl Clayton Johnson

Carl Clayton Johnson, age 80, of Summerville, GA, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at the Oakview Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Johnson was born October 29, 1937, in Summerville, GA, son of the late Webb and Margaret Everett Johnson.  Prior to his retirement, he was self-employed in the construction industry.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Gilmer.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Alec and Vivian Johnson; 2 nieces; and 1 nephew.

Graveside and interment services for Mr. Johnson will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 15, 2018, in the Lyerly Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.
