Summerville’s Better Hometown Director Susan Locklear, right, finished her year as president of the Summerville-Trion Rotary Club on July 1. Locklear handed the gavel over to Summerville’s BB&T Bank manager Karen Edwards, who will take the helm as president of the club for the next year.
