Edna Delilah Edenfield

Mrs. Edna Delilah Edenfield, age 78 of Summerville, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
 
Mrs. Edenfield was born in Trion, Georgia on April 20, 1940, daughter of the late Joe Cleghorn and Mizzie Maddux Cleghorn Brown. She was a member of the New Generations Church of God and prior to retirement, was employed in food service at Oak View. She enjoyed sewing and loved flowers. Mrs. Edenfield was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Hill; brothers, Jerry Cleghorn and James Cleghorn; and a grandson, Eddie Carey.
 
Mrs. Edenfield is survived by a son, Wayne Boggs, daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Tim Eller; brother, Randy Cleghorn; sisters and brother-in-law, Elsie Earnest and Linda and Jerry Brumfield; grandchildren, Sebrina and William Thompson, Selinia Boggs, Dakota Boggs, Derek and Tonya Eller; great grandchildren, William Thompson, Jr., Dalton Thompson and Jonathan Thompson, one great great grandson, Keegan Hunter Thompson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
 
Funeral Services for Mrs. Edenfield will be held Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Summerville Cemetery.
 
Pallbearers will be William Thompson, Jr., Dalton Thompson, Jonathan Thompson, Derek Eller, Dakota Boggs and Daniell Marvel. Honorary Pallbearers will be William Thompson, Sr. and Robby Thompson.
 
Mrs. Edenfield will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
