Frances Carolyn White
Ms. Frances Carolyn White, age 96 of the Holland Community, passed away Monday, October 01, 2018 at the Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Ms. White was born in Holland on April 23, 1922, daughter of the late James Richard White and Della Maude Huggins White. She was a life-long member of the New Hope South Baptist Church and prior to retirement, was employed with the Georgia Rug Mill.
Ms. White is survived by a nephew and his wife, Richard and Mary “Pudge” White; niece and her husband, Nancy and Dave Johnston; 4 great nieces; 1 great nephew and a number of great, great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Ms. White will be held Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. in the New Hope South Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Abercrombie officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tony White, Zach White, Chuck Petitt, Cass Petitt, Cole Pledger, Caleb Pledger and Aaron Pledger.
Ms. White will lie in state at the New Hope South Baptist Church where the family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
