Attempts To Hide Drugs In Back Of Patrol Car
A 29-year-old Trion woman tried hiding meth and three hypodermic needles in the back of a Chattooga County Sheriff’s car on Oct. 23, according to arrest information.
Amanada Michelle Knight, of 12021 Hwy. 151, Trion, was found with meth residue and digital scales. She was placed in the back of a patrol car and taken to jail. When Deputy Josiah Hemm searched the back of his patrol car, he found the needles and a pink plastic container that had meth.
Knight was arrested for possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and crossing a guard line with contraband.
