Upon returning from a bowling trip Saturday night, a Chattooga County man discovered his car was struck while it was parked in the Ingles Shopping Center.
Kelvin Myrick said he left his white 2007 Saturn Aura in the parking lot and carpooled to the bowling center. When he returned someone struck his driver’s side door so hard that it would not open from the outside. The window was also shattered, according to a Summerville Police report.
“I also observed a large amount of bright yellow paint to be left on the driver’s door that appeared to come from the vehicle that struck it,” Officer Gary Pruitt stated.
The incident is still under investigation.
