Billy Wayne Ragland

Billy Wayne Ragland, age 71 of Chino Hills, California passed away Friday, December 28, 2018.

Mr. Ragland was born in Trion, Georgia on March 4, 1947, son of Ruth Lee Rape Ragland and the late Arnold Dennis “Bill” Ragland. He was a graduate of the Memphis Academy of Arts. Mr. Ragland was a graphic artist and was of the Baptist Faith.

Mr. Ragland is survived by his wife, Linda Martin Ragland of Chino Hills; mother, Ruth Ragland of Ringgold; special cousin, Linda Brumfield; and a number of additional cousins.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time, but will be announced later by the Coffman Funeral Home.
