Tammy Kay Shell
Mrs. Tammy Kay Shell, age 51 of Lafayette, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 03, 2019 at a Ft. Oglethorpe area hospital.
Mrs. Shell was born in Centre, AL on September 18, 1967, daughter of Frank Shell and the late Dianne Williams. She was a member of the Pentecostal Power Ministries in Lyerly and was an avid animal lover and loved to play games on the computer. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Shell was preceded in death by a stepmother, Ann Shell and a sister, Johnnie Sue Porter.
Mrs. Shell is survived by her husband, Freddie Smith; stepchildren, Christina Smith, Kayla Smith and Timothy Smith; sisters, Melissa Addison, Brenda Bramlett and Tina Christopher; brothers, Jeff Painter and Michael Painter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Shell will be held Sunday, January 6, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Wooten Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Star, Roy Cantrell, Larry Alexander, Timmy Glenn, Austin Smith and Jeremy Brown.
Mrs. Shell will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
