Pence Photo Makes Debut In New Mag

Chattooga County teenager Lydia Pence had her photograph featured on the cover of a 4-H magazine. Not only was she featured in the magazine, but it was the inaugural edition of “Best Better Magazine,” which is Georgia 4-H’s literary magazine.
