The Georgia Department of Transportation (DOT) will have a portion of U.S. 27 closed on Taylor’s Ridge today. The DOT is repairing a section of roadway. Traffic will be reduced from three lanes of traffic down to one lane.
“Allow yourself extra time on your commute today. Emergency Traffic will be allowed to pass through. The repairs are likely to take all day to complete,” according to the Chattooga County E911 Center.
