Ms. Candon Yelena Adams, age 40, of  Lyerly, Ga. transitioned January 13, 2019. Service for Ms. Adams will be Saturday, January 19, 2019 2 pm at Summerville First Baptist Church in Summerville located at 125 George Ave. Summerville, Ga.. The family will receive friends from 1 pm at the church on Saturday, January 13, 2019  until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Pond Spring AME Zion Church Cemetery in Lyerly, Ga. Please keep the family lifted up in prayer.
