Wallet Missing From Walmart
A Trion woman said her wallet is missing after a shopping trip to Walmart on Friday afternoon, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports.
Janice Espy, of Peach Street, was at Walmart around 1:45 p.m. and went through the self-checkout line.
“She stated that at some point during her transaction, she sat her black wallet down at the checkout terminal. Ms. Espy advised that when she noticed it missing, she returned to Walmart but was informed that no one had turned it in,” Deputy Thomas Sainthill reported.
I realize steroids cloud judgment, so here’s a little help to the cops of this county… Walmart has cameras over every register, especially the self checkout.
