Chattooga Bus Crash Shakes Students Up

A log truck sideswiped a Chattooga County School bus on Hwy. 114 near Hwy. 100. Initially seven students complained of minor injuries.
The children have been checked by EMS and released.

The log truck turned on to Hwy. 100 and did not stop. Witnesses are not sure whether the log truck driver knew his logs had sideswiped the bus.

All the students’ parents have been contacted, according to school officials.
