(Updated) Larry Paul Allmon

Mr. Larry Paul Allmon, age 70, of Summerville, GA, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.

Mr. Allmon was born March 11, 1948, in Summerville, GA, son of the late Cecil and Ethel Johns Allmon.  He was Baptist by faith was retired from the textile industry.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Allmon was preceded in death by a step-granddaughter, Jamie DeLee.

Mr. Allmon is survived by his wife, Judy Mitchell Allmon; step-daughter, Julie Keen; brothers, Earl Allmon and Gary Allmon; sisters, Linda Croy, Judy Shaw, and Bonnie Allmon;  step-grandchildren, Drake Keen and Jennifer Burrage; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Allmon will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday, February 9, 2019.

In accordance with Mr. Allmon’s wishes there will be no formal service.
