Burglary Reported On Roberts Street
A Summerville woman claims that someone broke into her residence while everyone was away at the hospital Friday night, according to police reports.
Savannah Collins, of 214 Roberts Street, said the front and back doors to the residence were locked. She and Policeman Phillip Cox did not see any signs of forced entry. Nothing was noticed missing except the possibility of a few prescription pills. Collins wasn’t sure if the pills, which belong to her father, were missing.
“All other narcotic pills were thought to be in a locked safe that did not appear to be tampered with. A firearm was also still there,” Officer Cox reported.
