Cobb Judge To Hear Case

Cobb County Superior Court Senior Judge Adele Grubbs will hear the civil case brought by Chattooga County Board of Education Chairman John Agnew against a recall petition aimed at removing him from office.
In his petition to the court, Agnew asked that a judge from outside the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit hear the evidence.
No date has been set for the hearing.
