Smoke Detector Giveaway Event Has Changed Dates Due To Weather

Unfortunately, we are expecting severe thunderstorms to take place in Northwest Georgia tomorrow, according to Carla Dillard Homer, Regional Chief Operating Officer for the American Red Cross Georgia Region.
“For the safety of our team members, we will postpone our smoke alarm installation event until Wednesday, May 8th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you have registered for the event, then you are all set. If you or others would like to volunteer, you can do so at www.soundthealarm.org.”
