Judge Pondering Recall Decision 

Superior Court Judge Adele Grubbs said she will rule later this week on the application for a recall election filed against Chattooga County School Board Chairman John Agnew.
Grubbs heard more than two hours of testimony on Tuesday morning at the courthouse in Summerville.
Judge Grubbs did not give any indication on how she would rule other than to acknowledge that she had concerns about the “language of the application.”
Agnew’s attorney, C. King Askew, attacked the legal validity of the recall application made by Trion resident Alan Baggett.
