Stray Dogs Attack And Injure Homeowner’s Pet

A Nixon Street resident said he pet was attacked by stray dogs around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Summerville Police reports.

Joyce Clark let her Shih Tzu dog outside on her property. Then three large stray dogs came down the road and attacked her dog.

“Clark said she did not know where the dogs belonged. They came from the wooded area behind their house. [Clark’s] dog has visible wounds and [she] said he will take her dog to the veterinarian,” Officer Roy Williams stated.
