Burglary Reported On West Elm Street In Trion

A burglary on West Elm Street in Trion was reported to the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday afternoon.

Bobby Linam said someone damaged a window on the front of the residence and forced their way inside.

“I asked Mr. Linam when was the last time he was at the residence and he advised about a week ago,” according to Deputy Nick Robinson.

The incident has been turned over to a sheriff’s investigator.
