A 41-year-old woman stood in a local street and exposed herself to people in the neighborhood around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Summerville Police reports.
Neighbors called the cops after Sandy Wynette Wilson, 41, of Summerville, starting causing a ruckus in the middle of Curran Street. One of the chief complaints included her lifting her shirt and exposing herself to those along the roadway, Officer Matt Pritchard reported.
“Miss Wilson acted in a disorderly fashion while under the influence of suspected drugs on the public roadway of Curran Street located in the city of Summerville limits. Miss Wilson was creating an unreasonable risk to her safety in her intoxicated state. She had lost her shoes and was wet with urine. Witnesses stated she had urinated on herself in Curran Street, then took her panties off to wring the urine out. She was indecent by wearing a completely see-through shirt and pulling her shirt down showing her breast,” Summerville Policeman Pritchard stated.
Wilson was arrested for public indecency and public intoxication, according to jail reports.
