Timmons Cited After Refusing To Leave House

Refusing to leave her boyfriend’s house, cops cited 35-year-old Lacy Danette Timmons, for disorderly conduct yesterday afternoon, according to a Summerville Police report.

The incident happened at Charles Mosley’s residence on Hinton Street around 1 p.m. Timmons was told to leave, but refused, according to an incident report.

“[Timmons] remained and did enter dwelling and a physical altercation did take place,” Officer Phillip Cox reported. “Peace and tranquility was disturbed in this residential area as a result of the alercation. Charles Mosley had a small knot on his forehead and Lacy had red marks about her neck,” Officer Cox reported.

Timmons was cited for disorderly conduct, according to reports.
