Trion First Baptist Holds Vacation Bible School

Trion First Baptist Church held its Vacation Bible School with a large group of kids in attendance. The family night was held Friday with the closing program in the sanctuary. Participants and parents enjoyed pizza, snow cones and water slides. Offering and attendance winners got to water balloon Miss Jessica and Miss Mary. (Contributed Photo).

Fifth Sunday Singing Set At Trion Heights

A Fifth Sunday singing has been scheduled at Trion Heights Baptist Church at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
The singers will be The Emmaus Road Quartet.

Homecoming, Gospel Meeting Set At Menlo Church Of Christ

Menlo church of Christ has scheduled its annual homecoming and gospel meeting July 14-17.
Sunday services will be held at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. EDT.
A homecoming covered dish meal will be spread at the Lawrence Center at noon on Sunday.
Weeknight services will be held at 7 p.m. EDT.
The visiting evangelist will be Gary McCurdy, from Piedmont, Ala.
The church is located at 122 Bell St. in Menlo.
The public is invited.

Lyerly Churches Plan Vacation Bible School

Lyerly First Baptist Church and Lyerly United Methodist Church will hold a Vacation Bible School July 8-12 from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at 265 Tennessee Ave in Lyerly.
A kickoff is planned Sunday, July 7 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The public is invited.
