Summerville Police Reports . . .



The following incidents were reported during the past few days, according to Summerville Police reports. They were:

*Ashford Price, of Packard Dairy Road, Gore, said someone threw a baseball bat at his 2010 Dodge Ram pickup while traveling on Seventh Avenue on Saturday. The cops did not find the offender.

*Kimberly Shives, of Trion, said she fell on East Washington Street, while walking to a beauty salon on Saturday. She fell in an area that is currently under construction.

“Kimberly states that she was holding her one-year-old son when she fell and that she is also currently 23 weeks pregnant. . . Kimberly stated that she fell on her knee and then slowly to her elbow and she did not know her elbow was injured until Casey Love told her,” Officer Phillip Cox reported.

*Charles T. Ratledge, of Scoggins Street, said his 2015 Ford Focus was damaged by a chubby juvenile throwing items at passing vehicles on Scoggins Street on Saturday.

Rebecca Gable said someone stole a box of checks from her Saratoga Court apartment on Saturday.

* * *

Barbara Jean Odom, 45, of Summerville, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was pulled over for speeding and cops spotted marijuana in plain sight.

* * *

Leslani Laws, 22, of Huntsville, Ala., was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after being stopped for speeding.
