(Updated) Norma Jean (Blalock) Sartin
Mrs. Norma Jean Blalock Sartin, age 79, of Milton, FL, formerly of Leesburg, AL, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019.
Mrs. Sartin was born October 1, 1939, in Walker County, GA, daughter of the late Floyd “Bill” and Mary Elizabeth Anderson Blalock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Sartin; a brother, Jimmy Blalock; step-son, Mickey Sartin; and step-daughter, Robbie Hayes.
Mrs. Sartin is survived by her children, Janet (Ricky) Fletcher, David (Sherri) Sartin, Tony (Donna) Sartin, Debbie (Keith) Bass; step-son, Marty Sartin; step-daughter, Sheila Heyde; brothers, Bucky (Lula) Blalock, Billy Blalock; sister, Betty Royals; 20 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sartin will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 6, 2019, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Mann officiating. Interment will follow in Lyerly Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jamie Blalock, Tony Blalock, Lamar Woodall, Mark Anderson, Bobbie Sisemore, and Joe Corbett.
Mrs. Sartin will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Saturday.
