Another Aggressive Dog Reported In Summerville

An aggressive dog charged after a woman near the intersection of Highland Avenue and First Street last Saturday, according to a Summerville Police report.

Resident Denise Brown said a dog ran toward her in an aggressive manner and acted like it was going to bite her, Officer Marvin Armstrong III reported.

“She advised that she walks Highland Avenue a good bit and there are several dogs that are loose and try to attack people. At this time, I advised Ms. Brown that I would let animal control know about the situation and I would try to locate the dog,” according to a police report.
