Attorney’s File Room Door Damaged By Unknown Person

A local attorney said his office was compromised last Sunday, according to Summerville Police reports.

Attorney Jim Oxford, who has an office at 56 West Washington Street, said someone damaged the door to his file room.

“[Oxford] advised that a screwdriver had been used in an attempt to pry open the door which caused extensive damage to the door frame,” Lt. Officer Tim Fulmer stated.

Cops are looking for a possible suspect.
