A 54-year-old Trion man was arrested after he brought food to a person at the Victory Fuel Station around 11 p.m. Tuesday, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports.
Amanda Blackmon and Vickie Edwards said Chester Robin Blackmon was banished from the store. However, on Tuesday he returned with some food. He was told to leave and cops were called.
They found Blackmon behind another convenience store just a few hundred feet down the road.
“While on scene Mr. Blackmon advised that he had taken Ms. Edwards some food. While speaking to Mr. Blackmon I did observe the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. I then asked Mr. Blackmon if he had consumed any alcoholic beverages and he advised that he had been drinking wine,” Deputy Corey Fielding reported.
Blackmon was arrested for criminal trespassing and public intoxication, according to jail reports.
