The Return Of The Birds. . .

Birds, mainly pigeons, have returned in full force to the Chattooga County Courthouse dome. Sheriff Mark Schrader and officials have struggled with ways of keeping them away. A few months ago, the sheriff added a speaker that emitted sounds of hawks swooping and other screeches to scare off the pigeons. It did not work too well.
