Church To Host 11th Annual Car Show At Dowdy Park On Saturday

There will be pony rides, knocker-balls, and miniature train rides at the 11th Annual Lyerly United Methodist Church Car, Truck, Motorcycle Show and Craft Festival this Saturday, August 10th from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (rain or shine) at Summerville J.R. “Dick” Dowdy Park.

Trophies will be given for Best of Show, Ladies Choice, Best Engine, Top Truck, Pastor’s Choice, Longest Distance, Best Motorcycle, Rat Rod, Top 20, Best Paint, People’s Choice and Most Club Participation. There will also be 50 dash plaques for the first 50 cars to register.
