Cop Alleges Man Urinated In Front Of Customers And Motorists
A Summerville man is accused of urinating in a gas station parking lot in front of people on Saturday night, according to Summerville Police reports.
Officer David Westbrooks witnessed 21-year-old Kenneth L. Sholtz, 21, of Trion, exited the Kangaroo Convenience Store and get into a vehicle parked at the gas pumps.
“[Sholtz] then stepped to the rear of the vehicle which was facing toward the highway and urinated in the parking lot in front of his female driver and a 13-year-old female backseat passenger,” Officer Westbrooks stated. “Offender stood outside a vehicle urinating in the parking lot of above location in front of others, including a 13-year-old juvenile. . .”
Sholtz was arrested for public indecency, public urination, violation of the open container law, consuming alcohol within 100 feet of the business it was purchased at and possession of marijuana, according to reports.
