Driving With No Taillights Results In Meth Arrest
A 31-year-old Rocky Face man was arrested for on drug possession charges after a Chattooga County deputy spotted him driving a car with no taillights on Friday.
Robert Logan Kyle, 31 was stopped in a1988 Lincoln Town Car after a deputy noticed it on Hwy. 27 at Taylor Ridge with no taillights, according to a Chattooga County Sheriff’s report.
“Upon searching Mr. Kyle, I located a glass pipe containing a white residue suspected to be methamphetamine and a syringe in his left front pocket,” Deputy Thomas Sainthill stated. “Mr. Kyle advised me that the only thing I would find in the backpack was a glass ashtray containing methamphetamine residue.”
Kyle was arrested for simple battery under the Family Violence Act, possession of meth, driving with defective equipment and possession or use of drug-related objects.
