Resident Cited For Violating Summerville’s New Leash Law
A Summerville man was cited this morning for violating the city’s new leash law, according to police reports.
Sherman M. Rutledge, 53, of 676 Highland Avenue, was cited by Summerville Police Officer Phillip Cox.
“Subject’s white and brown bulldog mix dog was running at large on the sidewalk area of Highland Avenue and Ira Pollard. Officers observed dog on Alred Street also in a residential area,” Officer Cox reported.

g to reports.
