Disgruntled Woman Slashes Her Man’s Tires

A Summerville woman was arrested for slashing her common-law spouse’s tires on Monday morning, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports.
Jennifer Linn Carter, 37, of Kay Drive, Summerville, was allegedly upset about her common-law spouse’s cheating.
“The two had gotten into an argument this morning over his infidelity and him getting caught,” Sheriff’s Investigator Wendell Flood stated.
The spouse packed his belonging and started making trips to load his belongings in his white 2005 Cadillac. Carter allegedly slashed his front passenger side tire with a sharp metal object.
When the victim came out and saw the tire flat, he quickly finished gathering up his stuff. Once the victim was done, he had planned to just put the spare tire on and leave. When the offender saw that the victim was still going to be able to leave, she proceeded to puncture the two rear tires as well. When the offender flattened the rear tires was when the victim called E-911,” Inv. Flood reported.

Carter was arrested for criminal trespassing, according to Inv. Flood.
