Fredrick George “Buddy” Hulse

Mr. Fredrick George “Buddy” Hulse, age 62, of Lyerly, GA, died Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at Pruitt Healthcare – Shepherd Hills.

Mr. Hulse was born September 14, 1957, in St. Louis, MO, son of the late John Thomas and Mattie Lee Kiker Hulse.  Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Mohawk Industries.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, James Crawford.

Mr. Hulse is survived by his wife, Cynthia Diane Anderson Hulse; son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Ciji Hulse; daughters and son-in-law, Amanda Hulse, Amy and Steven Gray, Laura and James Lands; brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Lisa Hulse; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Lou and Milton Smith, Nona Lee and Charles Deering, and Mattie and Clay Hollingsworth; 16 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Hulse will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 14, 2019, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Mann and Rev. Gary “Bucky” Brown officiating.  Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Eric Hulse, Jason Williams, Steven Anderson, Patrick Anderson, Steven Gray, and Dewaine Anderson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Matt Boyd and Mark Anderson.

Mr. Hulse will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Friday.
