Summerville Police Reports. . .

The following incidents happened during the past few days, according to Summerville Police reports. They include:

Stephen Allen Byrd Jr., 23, of Tennessee, was arrested for fighting Branden Thompson. “[Byrd] also damaged front storm door before the altercation,” Summerville Police Officer David Westbrooks stated.

Byrd was arrested for disorderly conduct around 4 p.m. Sunday.

Branden Corey Thompson, 21, of South Dakota, was arrested for fighting Stephen Byrd. “[Thompson] was involved in a physical fight with Stephen Byrd and did use pepper spray during the altercation,” Officer Westbrooks reported.

Thompson was arrested for disorderly conduct around 4 p.m. Sunday.

Benjamin Clyde Lynch, 22, of Tennessee, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana while on the lot of the Summerville Family Dollar Store on Friday night.
