when are the cops of the summerville PD going to learn that there is no law that requires anyone to treat cops respectfully
and failure to show respect to a cop is not a arrestable offense. it continually amazes me that cops all over the country act dumbfounded when the public expresses dislike and mistrust when dealing with police officers. im referring to the incident at the high school. when police cant find a way to charge someone with anything else they charge them with disorderly conduct
