Mrs. Jean W. Bynum, 92, Summerville, died March 4 in the local nursing home.
A native of Dekalb County, Ala., she was born to the late William L. and Clara Thomas Wood on Aug. 19, 1927. Mrs. Bynum was retired from Mount Vernon Mills and she was a member of North Summerville Baptist Church.
Her husbands, Walter Maxey Parsons and Russell Edward Bynum died earlier.
Surviving are her nieces and nephews.
At Mrs. Bynum’s request, there will be no funeral service nor flowers. Contributions may be made to the North Summerville Baptist Church.
Earle Rainwater Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
