Clyde “Steve” Butler

Mr. Clyde “Steve” Butler, age 67 of Summerville, GA passed away Friday- June 19, 2020 at Floyd Medical Center.

Mr. Butler was born January 29, 1953 in Trion, GA to the late Charles and Audrey Maples Butler. He was retired from Mowhak Industries, of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed hunting and selling concessions at craft shows and festivals.

Survivors include his loving wife, Rita Bowman Butler; son, Michael (Heather) Butler; daughters, Amanda Butler and Kristie Noles; brother, Alan Butler; sister, Janet (Ricky) Ellison; grandchildren, Zachary (Erica) Gardner, Brendan Noles, and Abby Butler; and great-grandchild, Alice Noles.

Due to the current health concerns for our community, a private memorial service will be held for the family only at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Calvary Baptist Church.
