Man “acted violent toward” gas station clerk
About 3 a.m. in the morning, a 47-year-old man walked into a Summerville convenience store and created a domestic disturbance on April 6.
Jimmy Lee Hartline, of 59 Marvin Avenue, of Summerville, is accused of going into the Kangaroo Gas station on North Commerce Street while intoxicated.
“Subject was acting in a reckless manner, creating an unreasonable risk to himself or others, while under the influence of drugs. Subject admitted to using meth before going to the Kangaroo store,” Summerville Police officer Gary Pruitt stated.
Hartline was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication, according to reports.
“Subject was acting in a violent and tumultuous manner toward employees,” according to reports.
