50-Year-Old Plus Summerville Slide Demolished

The City of Summerville will replace the playground equipment at the recreation center on Hwy. 100 this year. The city council voted to add $35,000 for playground equipment for the city main recreation complex. Councilmen also added $22,000 to repair the scout hut floor. The old slide was demolished earlier this month.
