Storage Unit Items Found Miles Down The Road

A box of items belonging to a Summerville woman was discovered on Rocky Hollow Road Saturday, according to Summerville Police reports.

Emily Allen said an unknown caller alerted her to the missing items during the earlier morning hours. The items were taken from a storage unit on Walnut Street in Summerville.

“Emily then drove to her storage building and discovered the lock was not locked. She then discovered inside the storage building two bags of trash,” Officer Matt Pritchard stated.

Cops looked through the trash and found three people’s names on various pieces of garbage. One was located on a prescription inhaler, according to reports.

Allen’s husband, Ethan, said that $500 worth of clothing and $250 worth of movies are missing.

“This case is under active investigation at this time,” according to Officer Pritchard.
