Chattooga Escapee Leads S.C. Troopers On Police Chase
A Chattooga County resident escaped from a Grovetown transitional center near Augusta and was later captured that day in a stolen vehicle in South Carolina. ATV Missing From Trion Residence
A $900 ATV is missing from a Trion residence, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports. Samantha Godfrey, of Old Highway 27, in Trion, reported that someone took the ATV that was parked in front of an apartment during the morning hours. She told Deputy Nicole Sprague of a possible suspect.
