(Updated) Casey Beene

Mr. Casey Leroy Beene, age 23, of Trion, GA, died Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at his residence.

Mr. Beene was born November 13, 1994, in Rome, GA, son of Arley Leroy, Jr. and Cheri Bailey Beene.  He was a member of Trion First Baptist Church and was a minister of the Gospel.  Mr. Beene was also an avid Georgia Bulldogs Football fan and an honorary member of the Chattooga Indians Football Team.

Mr. Beene is survived by his parents, Cheri Beene, Arley and Sonya Beene,; grandparents, Loneita and Tommy Randle, Leroy and Loretta Beene; special friends, Lacie Lea, Wade Lanier, Christian Thomas, and Issac Thomas.

Funeral services for Mr. Beene will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 4, 2018, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Warren Moorhead and Rev. Casey Bramlett officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Zack McGuire, J. D. Whittle, Wade Lanier, Joe Croy, Christian Thomas, and Issac Thomas.  Honorary pallbearers will be the Chattooga High School Class of 2013.

Mr. Beene will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday.
