Post Office Catches Credit Card Hack

The U.S. Postal Service noticed a Chattooga County man’s packages were going to three different addresses rather than his own home, according to Chattooga County Sheriff’s reports.

Tyler Wayne Pledger, of Menlo, discovered that someone hacked his debit card for $157. The post office noticed the packages being routed to a different address.

The packages contained an electric kettle, a power source cord and wireless earplugs, Deputy Marvin Armstrong reported.
